Stencils
I know that some people what stencils are so here you go: they are pictures or more often words painted on objects using templates. Stencils art using spray paint can be very quick and easy. Because of these qualities it is mostly used in places where graffiti is illegal. This is mostly applied by political artists for example for anti-war, anarchist, feminist or anti-consumerist messages. Some of the artists are: Blek le Rat and Jef aerosol from France, British artist Banksy, New York artist John Fekner, world traveling artist Above, and Shepard Fairey’s OBEY.
